A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant II to provide full administrative support within a high-visibility business operations environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the VP and leadership team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
Prepare, review, and submit expense reports, and monitor email communications
Arrange catering and logistics for meetings and maintain departmental records
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of administrative experience supporting leadership or corporate teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Familiarity with SAP and Concur (preferred, trainable if not yet mastered)
Ability to maintain composure and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
Associate's degree preferred; High School Diploma required
