Position Overview :
As an e-Commerce Assistant at Aurane Beauty, you will be vital in overseeing our TikTok E-commerce platform. You will be responsible for packing and delivering items, as well as engaging in TikTok influencer outreach.
This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with relevant experience to kickstart their careers in the exciting world of e-commerce.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the Aurane Beauty TikTok e-commerce platform, primarily focusing on TikTok influencer outreach and shop management.
- Conduct outreach to TikTok influencers to promote Aurane Beauty products.
- Assist in maintaining product listings, prices, and inventory levels on our platform.
- Monitor shop performance to reach excellent shop metrics.
- Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries promptly to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to the analysis of e-commerce performance metrics and suggest improvements as necessary.
- Prepare orders for shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to customers as needed.
Requirements :
