Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Surtass Operations Manager to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. Predicate Logic also has offices in Chesapeake, Virginia, specializing in communications engineering, training, and Cybersecurity, and in Charleston, South Carolina, supporting the Navy and Marine Corps programs through Naval Information Warfare Center Charleston.

Security Clearance : Applicant must have a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate branch, plant, or department operation strategies and activities and may assist with the review, development, and implementation of organizational policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of operating goals.
• Review, analyze, and prepare reports, records, and directives, and confer with managers / supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities.
• Assign or delegate responsibility for specified work or functional activities and disseminate policies and objectives to supervisors / staff.
• Organize resources to ensure effective production of goods and / or services, give work direction, resolve problems, prepare schedules, and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.
• Ensure adequate training of staff and employee compliance to organization's policies and practices, and coordinate activities of the department with related activities of other departments to ensure efficiency and economy.
• Monitor and analyze costs and prepare department budgets.

Experience :

Education : Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Resource Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
