Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound service calls and assist with billing, claims, and policy changes
- Set and coordinate Farmers Friendly Reviews to maintain coverage accuracy and retention
- Generate new business from warm leads provided by the agency (no cold-calling)
- Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close personal lines policies (Auto, Home, Life, Umbrella, Boat, etc.)
- Cross-sell and upsell existing clients based on identified needs
- Take walk-in payments and support day-to-day office operations
- Maintain strong follow-up habits and build long-term client relationships
Requirements
Requirements :
Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License (required)Life, Accident & Health License (preferred, not mandatory)Minimum 3 months experience in insurance sales or customer serviceStrong communication, organization, and follow-up skillsMust pass a background check (state, federal, and county)Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus, but not required
