Full Time Live-in Nanny $70,000 per year

Seeking a qualified back to school live in nanny for a family with 2 children ages 7 and 14 years old. Candidates must have prior live-in nannying experience.

Looking for someone who can support the family before and after school with 1-2 days on weekends. Ideal candidate is energetic, active, has a positive attitude, has a passion for helping kids thrive, has maternal instincts, is self-motivated, and is willing to jump into the kids' lives to provide an enriching force for their success.

Must be able to work as a team with other staff in the home.

Responsibilities :

• Overall Childcare : Provide a safe and nurturing environment.
• Light Housekeeping : Doing the children’s laundry, cleaning up after meals, making 3 beds daily and keeping the children’s rooms kitchen and common areas tidy.
• Meal Preparation : Prepare meals and snacks for the children, ensuring that they are getting healthy and nutritious and diverse food.
• Schedule Organization : Plan overall schedule for both kids to include after school activities, play dates, doctors appointments etc.
• Household Organization : Organize kids rooms including tidying, keeping closets and drawers organized, swapping out kids clothes seasonally.

Identify needs for both kids in terms of new clothes, school supplies, and other seasonal needs.

Travel With The Family : Join the family on travel trips to support the kids and family overall.

Skills and Experience :

• Past experience working with an active family
• Special needs experience preferred, but willing to provide training and resources for an excellent fit
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to multitask in a hectic household environment to meet all needs on a daily basis
• A love for amazing kids and a passion for making their lives enriched to the highest level
• Creativity to provide amazing fun experiences and also look for activities to keep kids learning and happy
• Ability to travel on vacations, all expenses paid

Compensation and Benefits :

• $70,000 per year
• Start date : ASAP
• Guaranteed 40-45 hours every week
• 2 weeks paid vacation, 2-4 sick / personal days, holidays

Sample Schedule :

• 5 mornings a week before school 6 : 30-9am
• 3 afternoons a week : 2 : 30pm-bedtime
• 6 weekend days a month
