Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business processes, assess the organization's current state, and define future state solutions.
- Lead client workshops to educate stakeholders and guide them through Workday Financials functionalities.
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for critical Workday Financials issues.
- Architect cohesive, cross-functional solutions , ensuring seamless integration across workstreams.
- Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies for project delivery and best practices.
Must-Have Skills & Experience :
Workday Financials – 5+ years
Project Management – 5+ years
Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management – 5+ years
Additional Requirements :
Workday Certification is required (must be maintained as active).Department : Preferred Vendors
