Senior Performance Analyst
We are currently seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to join the Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) Finance team. This role plays a critical part in delivering timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights that support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week presence in the Schaumburg Headquarters. As a key financial partner, you will collaborate across segments and leadership to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. In addition, it will support ad hoc requests, projects, and cross-train with other members of the team.
The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in Excel and PowerPoint and a strong understanding of finance and a P&L statement. Other skills include good communication (both written and verbal) and critical thinking with an analytical mindset.

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $94,100.00 - $154,000.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
