What you will be working on
Business development
- Continuously monitor advancements in healthcare technology, data management, and analytics, advocating for the adoption of emerging trends that deliver strategic value
- Lead efforts to identify and apply emerging technologies and solutions that accelerate process transformation for target customers
- Gather information and develop deep knowledge of customer experience through informal and formal means such as spending time in the field with customers and sales personnel
- Identify changes to solution to meet customer needs and liaise with other areas of the organization to implement changes
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, key stakeholder behaviors to identify market opportunities to generate new product ideas
- Act as the SME and lead cross-functional teams to drive adoption through strategic vision and collaboration

Define customer journey and develop communication strategies that are designed for target physicians, administrators, and potential patientsDesign and execute promotional campaigns and sales collaterals that are effective and appropriate for the target audiencePartner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather insights and advocate for product development adoptionPartner with Professional Education and Medical Affairs team to enhance KOL relationship and initiate influencer programs as part of promotional strategyPartner with Public Affairs to create thought leadership content to elevate the problem and highlight our solution as an available optionCommercial support and tracking
Work closely with commercial team to develop lead generation strategies that drive qualified leads and ensure follow-up plans from commercial activitiesCoordinate with Commercial Excellence to assess market share performance and adjust tactics accordinglySupport the commercial teams on day-to-day activities; serve as product experts, assist with troubleshooting, and support demo activities.Manage conference activities, create symposia presentations, and build relationships with KOLs to drive customer engagement.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, life science, engineering or related technical field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience5 years of marketing experienceExperience in medical device space or provider-focused healthcare softwareHas established a successful track record of innovative marketing / business development successes in a variety of market situations.Strong people leadership skills with proven track of developing othersProven ability to develop and execute complex strategic business plansFamiliarity with primary and secondary market research and data analysisExperience in managing KOLs and KOL programsDemonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions.Strong organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detailStrong analytical and computer skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications
