Longshot Hospitality is a DC-based team of veteran DMV restaurant professionals  committed to providing signature dining experiences built around world-class food, ambiance, and hospitality. The group currently encompasses three The Salt Line restaurants (Navy Yard, Ballston, and Bethesda), Dauphine's in the heart of downtown DC, and Ometeo- the exciting latest concept from Long Shot Hospitality opened in December 2023 at The Capital One Center in Tyson's Crossing.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2-5 years of comparable Management experience. All c andidates, first and foremost, must be excellent team players, have a passion for guest service, and take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Ideal candidates have both fine dining and high volume experience, strong leadership skills, a collaborative team mentality, are highly efficient and organized, work well under pressure, have a strong grasp of basic restaurant financials and managing costs, and above all, bring a genuine, infectious passion and enthusiasm for all things Food, Beverage, and Hospitality.
