Your Role and Responsibilities

Role Overview : The Contract Administrator supports contract management activities for a multi-billion dollar federal acquisition program, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of contract documents.

• Prepare and review contract documents using approved templates, ensuring completeness and compliance with federal regulations
• Coordinate contract approvals and obtain necessary signatures from stakeholders in a timely manner
• Manage contract execution, including modifications, amendments, and terminations
• Collaborate with contractors, client personnel, and program teams to ensure contractual obligations are met
• Resolve contract-related issues and support documentation efforts throughout the acquisition lifecycle
