SENIOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION :

Location : Phoenix, AZ or Nashville, TN – Hybrid after training, local candidates only

Payrate : $29.28 / hr

Required Availability : Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8 : 00am–5 : 00pm

1–2 weeks of on-site training – Hybrid after training

SENIOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS :

The Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will handle customer invoicing, payment processing, and collections while ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. This hybrid role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support the accounting team and maintain positive client relationships. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in revenue cycle management or similar accounting functions.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

SENIOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST | RESPONSIBILITIES :

Process customer invoicing and related administrative duties.

Accurately record and reconcile customer payments and checks.

Communicate with customers to collect on overdue invoices.

Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies using accounting software.

Provide excellent phone and email support to clients and internal teams.

Support accounting projects and assist with other department tasks as needed.

SENIOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST | REQUIREMENTS :

Education : High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

Attendance : Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience strongly preferred.

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.

Self-starter with an investigative mindset and team-oriented attitude.
