About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with deep expertise in managing large-scale IT and digital hiring across multi-location, enterprise-grade environments.

You will own the complete recruitment lifecycle — from stakeholder consultation to talent mapping, sourcing, and offer management — ensuring delivery of top-tier candidates across Syntel’s technology and consulting verticals.

This role demands strategic partnership, domain understanding, and agility in hiring for both high-volume and niche technology skills.

Responsibilities : General Expectations

• Own the End-to-End Recruitment Process Manage the full lifecycle : sourcing, screening, evaluation, and offer negotiation. Deliver quality hires across technologies including Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, RPA, SAP, and Testing. Ensure SLA adherence and quick turnaround for priority positions.
• Partner with Business and Delivery Leaders Collaborate with Syntel delivery units and project heads to define hiring needs and strategies. Conduct weekly client syncs, talent reviews, and market updates.
• Drive Sourcing and Branding Initiatives Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and social recruiting for talent pipelines. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring initiatives.
• Deliver Operational Excellence Maintain recruitment dashboards, analytics, and pipeline reports. Track and improve metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Offer-to-Join ratio, and Quality of Hire.
• Collaborate and Mentor Support and mentor junior recruiters and sourcing teams. Share insights on emerging technologies, salary trends, and market competition.
