The responsibilities of a Customer Service & Sales Representative include :

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and fellow Customer Service & Sales Representatives to develop innovative sales strategies aimed at boosting sales performance and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Interact directly with clients to forge strong relationships by actively listening to their requirements and offering tailored product advice.
• Oversee client accounts, promptly address any issues or grievances with customized solutions, and nurture lasting customer loyalty.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, services, and promotions to effectively support clients and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Record client interactions and sales activities accurately to monitor sales results and customer retention rates.
