Job descriptionAct as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution of workplace issues. Promote employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices. Implement performance management systems and appraisal processes. Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs. Support succession planning and career pathing. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures. Administer salary structures, payroll, and benefits programs. Benchmark compensation practices to ensure competitiveness. Recommend improvements to reward and recognition systems. Contribute to organizational strategy by aligning HR practices with business goals. Provide insights to senior management on workforce planning and organizational design. Lead HR projects, change management, and cultural transformation initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management or senior HR roles. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational execution. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills. Leadership & Influence – Ability to inspire and guide employees at all levels. Problem-Solving – Analytical approach to resolving HR and organizational challenges. Confidentiality & Integrity – Trusted to handle sensitive employee information. Adaptability – Flexible and able to thrive in a changing business environment. Collaboration – Strong team player with cross-functional coordination skills. Recruitment cycle time and quality of hire. Employee turnover and retention rates. Employee engagement and satisfaction survey results. Compliance audit results. Successful implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

The HR Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing human resources strategies, policies, and programs that support the company’s objectives. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, fosters a positive workplace culture, and drives initiatives in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, and organizational development.
