Volunteer : SEO Audit & Recommendations Job at Depression and Bipolar Support All

Our organization is seeking a volunteer SEO specialist to conduct an on-page SEO audit for our website. The goal is to better understand the issues hindering our nonprofit’s online visibility and ensure search engines can crawl and index our website.

The audit should assess the strengths and weaknesses of our website, including title tags, meta descriptions, duplicate content, content copy, internal links, URLs, broken links, image size, ALT tags, and website speed. The SEO specialist will then provide the next steps for an SEO implementation plan, including quick fixes and longer-term tactics.

About Us

Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance California empowers people with mood disorders to find community, wellness, and hope while navigating the challenges of co-occurring mental health conditions. We offer peer-facilitated support groups and educational events for individuals struggling with mental health issues.

By working with us, a volunteer will support our mission by helping us reach a wider audience and draw interest to our website, featuring the creative works of our members. We are a small staff and rely heavily on front-line volunteers and welcome professionals who volunteer behind the scenes.

Project Details

We have a current live website built with Wix and are prepared to provide the SEO specialist with admin access and any other required tools (FTP access, CMS details, Google Analytics, etc.). We are willing to be in regular communication with the SEO specialist and transfer all relevant information.
