About Us

CollegeSpring is the only national nonprofit providing teacher-led test prep during the school day, helping students impacted by poverty unlock greater options after high school. For 16 years, we’ve partnered with school districts and organizations across the country to help more than 50,000 primarily first generation, economically disadvantaged, BIPOC students unlock opportunity through increased scores on gateway tests like the SAT, ACT, and TSIA2 (Texas Success Initiative Assessment). Today, we continue to expand by maximizing impact through larger district and nonprofit partnerships and harnessing the power of technology to better serve teachers and students.

About The Role

The Program Experience Partner supports a portfolio of districts and partner schools by serving as a consultant who is expert in the implementation of CollegeSpring’s approach. They will guide district staff on program design and delivery, train district and school staff, coach teachers to differentiate instruction using our platform, and manage partner relationships to deliver a high-quality CollegeSpring program. The Program Experience Partner believes that impact on students is possible through guiding change management for district and school staff, allowing them to support committed and capable teachers. This position reports to the Head of Partner Success and works collaboratively with members of the Partner Success Team and cross-functionally with the Product, Operations, and Development Teams as the liaison and voice of teachers and students internally.
