Job Description : Part-Time Merchandiser
Position Overview : We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Part-Time Merchandiser to join our team. The Merchandiser will play a key role in creating visually appealing displays, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a captivating store environment.
This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for Western fashion and an eye for design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan and execute store displays and visual merchandising concepts that reflect the Western lifestyle and brand image.
- Ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively and in accordance with store standards, including proper signage and pricing.
- Replenish and restock merchandise on the sales floor to maintain product availability and presentation.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal decorations to enhance the store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team regarding product needs and replenishment.
- Conduct regular visual inspections of the store to identify opportunities for improvement and adjustments to displays.
- Follow merchandising guidelines and directives provided by management to achieve visual consistency and brand cohesion.
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure a seamless customer experience and promote featured products and promotions.
- Assist with inventory counts, markdowns, and other tasks as needed to support store operations.
- Uphold store policies and procedures, including safety and security measures, while working on the sales floor.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or merchandising experience is preferred but not required.
- Passion for Western fashion and knowledge of Western lifestyle products.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing displays.
- Creative flair and ability to think outside the box in merchandising concepts.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and evenings.
