Role Overview : The Ethics and Compliance Specialist assists the Director in developing and overseeing programs that increase employee knowledge about identifying and managing agency compliance risks. You will research and remain current with applicable federal regulations, state laws, DCS policies, and trends. You will liaise with employees to identify areas of noncompliance and to implement initiatives to promote a voluntary culture of compliance.
Salary : This position traditionally starts at an annual salary of $34,216 but may be commensurate with education and job experience. Use our Compensation Calculator to view the total compensation package.
