Job descriptionLead and motivate a high performing outside marketing team. Develop and manage local marketing strategies and outreach initiatives. Drive lead generation and meet or exceed team goals. Represent Southern Industries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Collaborate with management to monitor team performance and progress. Promote brand awareness and adapt in the following environment. Prior experience in marketing, sales, or team leadership (required). Positive, outgoing, and results-driven attitude. Strong leadership and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work Monday–Friday (9am–7pm) and Saturday (9am–2pm) as needed. Comfortable working outdoors and lifting up to 50 lbs.

What We Offer :
- Base Salary : $75,000–$100,000 per year.
