Salary : $200,000 - $250,000 per year

We're a national employment law firm with over 25 offices and more than 450 attorneys. Our attorneys practice before state and federal courts and administrative agencies across the US and we are looking for an experienced Litigation Associate with 3-6 years experience to join our team!

As a Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for handling complex litigation matters, including Class Action Law and employment law cases.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Represent clients in court and at depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and manage cases from inception to resolution
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
• Stay current on legal developments and trends in the litigation field
• Participate in business development activities, including networking and client outreach

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on Class Action Law and employment law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
• Must be admitted in MO
