Position

Family Nurse Practitioner - Van Buren

Description

Part-time, evening, position to work with a variety of patients being seen for primary care services in a family homeless shelter environment.

This person will assess and diagnose the health status of patients and plan therapeutic interventions.

This position will work Monday-Friday, 4pm-8pm.

Position Requirements

Ohio FNP required.

As a healthcare provider, Southeast Healthcare is a non-smoking employer. Staff members are required to be vaccinated for the flu and COVID.
