Warehouse Supervisor - Midshift
The Warehouse Supervisor is dynamic,hands-on role that will be responsible for managing all aspects ofshipping department functions including but not limited tomanaging, training and motivating personnel, as well ascoordinating overall process improvement.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee all Shipping activities includingmanagement of personnel, processes, tools, andequipment.
- Responsible for processing shipping150-250 UPS and FedEx outbound packages daily & 10 -15 palletsLTL shipments.
- Experienced with internationalshipping.
- Manage a team of up to tenworkers.
- Coordinate with other departments toinsure a seamless flow of materials and information to assureadequate service level to customers.
- Initiateand facilitate process improvements, help maintain inventory,maintain warehouse, ensure warehouse is organized.
- Analyze department workload and scheduling of personnelto insure efficient and on time service meeting cost and qualityobjectives.
- Conduct regular meetings withdepartment personnel to address goals and objectives.
- Help establish and enforce company work rules and safetyprocedure to assure a clean and safe work environment is promotedand maintained.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5-year experience with Shippingincluding supervising personnel.
- High SchoolDiploma, some College preferred.
- Familiar withERP system.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office : Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Experience workingwith and preparing Bill of Ladings, and CommercialInvoices.
- Excellent oral and writtencommunications skills.
- Ability to communicatewith personnel at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to communicate with vendors.
- Ability to track shipments and audit freightbills.
- Experience with FedEx and UPSWorldShip.
- Positive Attitude, Ethics, whichsupport our company’s values and a healthy, high performanceculture.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) aplus.
