About the job :

Advantra is partnering with a Series A AI SaaS startup in New York to hire a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic guidance to customers and optimize product adoption.

About the role :

You will support customers in accounting, trade, and finance processes while shaping product features and driving business outcomes. You will work closely with the product and executive teams to translate complex CPG processes into actionable software improvements.

Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic guidance to customers on accounting and trade workflows.
• Partner with product team to identify, prioritize, and define new software features.
• Translate cash application, deductions management, and trade processes into product requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at leading CPG companies.
• Drive customer success initiatives including implementation support and training.
• Monitor customer adoption and optimize workflows for ROI.
• Collect feedback from users to inform product improvements.
• Support quarterly planning and operational KPIs as needed.
