Alaska Airlines interns join teams throughout different departments and work on visible projects that impact our guests and business. Interns get the opportunity to network with fellow employees and company leaders through various intern events and programming. This internship is for summer 2026. Our internships are full-time for 12 weeks, and we offer two program timelines to align with different academic calendars. This internship will be located in Honolulu, HI. If not already in the internship city, candidates will be required to relocate for the duration of the internship.

Key Duties :

• Support supply chain improvement projects under the guidance of a management-level mentor, identifying and driving opportunities to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery across the combined Alaska Airlines x Hawaiian Airlines organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams daily including Tech Ops, Inbound / Outbound / Stores Supply Operations, Training, Analytics, Material Planning, Maintenance, and Sourcingto align processes, share best practices, and ensure visibility of project progress and outcomes.
• Gain exposure to and develop expertise in supply chain disciplines such as inbound / outbound logistics, inventory management, training, analytics, material planning, and sourcing to build a comprehensive understanding of operations.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership to influence decision-making and support the adoption of improved or merged processes.

Starting Rate : USD $25.00 / Hr.
