Administrative Support
Provides administrative support to a workgroup or individual within the department. Under close supervision, completes routine administrative tasks, such as reading and routing incoming mail, composing and typing routine correspondence, organizing and maintaining file system, and filing correspondence and other records, arranging and coordinating travel schedules and reservations, coordinating and arranging meetings, preparing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities, and recording and transcribing minutes of meetings, ordering and maintaining supplies, scheduling patient appointments, and answering patient and other calls.
Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Associate's Degree Preferred. Experience : 1 year experience in a directly related role Required. Licenses.
