Role Overview
We are seeking a SAP Junior Technical Support Engineer to support HR systems modernization and ongoing operations. This role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and enhancing SAP ECC HR modules (SCEIS platform) and related HR systems . The engineer will implement configuration changes, optimize workflows, improve data quality, and support reporting needs. Collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance teams is essential to ensure system functionality aligns with business and compliance requirements.
Required Skills
- Hands on experience with SAP ECC HR modules (configuration, testing, troubleshooting)
- Knowledge of state HR / payroll processes and data privacy standards (HIPAA, FLSA )
- Strong skills in data validation, integrity monitoring, and issue resolution
- Advanced reporting / dashboard development with SAP tools, Excel, Power BI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Experience with role based access control (RBAC) and position driven access configuration
- Familiarity with IT security standards (NIST 800 53, FISMA, SC InfoSec)
- Experience with IT development and implementation projects
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation
