LHH is partnering with an organization as they source for a Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll experience, benefit experience would be a plus! Our client offers a great salary + benefits, please note this role is on-site.
Responsibilities :
- Process payroll accurately and timely, including wage calculations, deductions, and bonuses.
- Administer employee benefits programs, handle enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and benefits laws.
- Maintain precise records and generate reports on payroll and benefits metrics.
- Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and address compliance issues.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of payroll experience
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office
- Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and benefits regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Certification (CPP, CEBS) required
