What this job involves :
JLL is seeking a Real Estate Consultant to join their Public Institutions (PI) group, supporting the Portfolio Management team in overseeing a $15 billion portfolio of Public-Private Partnership (P3) assets. The PI group specializes in helping public sector organizations maximize their real property value while aligning with organizational missions, employing over 800 professionals across the U.S. and internationally with a proven track record serving more than 200 government and higher education clients.
What your day-to-day will look like :
The Real Estate Consultant provides comprehensive advisory support to JLL team leads and Air Force clients on all aspects of large-scale Public-Private Partnership projects, including property management, construction oversight, real estate finance, and legal document compliance.
Recurring client reporting responsibilities include preparing quarterly asset performance reports, compliance reports, property operations reports, and account status reports to maintain transparency and accountability.
Ad hoc support services involve drafting technical memos, preparing briefing materials, investigating operational issues, and conducting detailed financial analysis as requested by team leads and clients.
Market research duties include gathering and evaluating economic, demographic, and real estate market data to support strategic decision-making and project planning initiatives.
Due diligence activities involve reviewing and analyzing legal documents, financial reports, and operating plans during negotiations, restructures, and project evaluation processes.
On-site assessment participation includes conducting property operations evaluations and supporting client training sessions to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
Administrative responsibilities encompass maintaining financial databases and document management websites to ensure accurate record-keeping and information accessibility for all stakeholders.

Estimated compensation for this position :
65,300.00 94,700.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
