The Role You’ll Play :

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within your assigned region. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop, and implement strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key clients.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the corrugated and folding packaging markets, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

What You’ll Do : Sales Leadership :

Sales Leadership :

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned region.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Customer Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
  • Understand customer needs and collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis and Strategy :

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to capitalize on market trends and stay ahead of the competition.

Collaboration :

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales orders.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.

Budget Management :

Develop and manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of corrugated packaging, display and folding carton markets, products, and industry trends.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region.

If hired, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and / or education.

In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.

We typically do not hire at the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. The expected pay range at the time of hire is $120,000.
