Senior Director Capital Markets
Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Director Capital Markets will help drive a variety of initiatives related to financial strategy and capital markets, including both tax equity and back leverage (short term warehouse facilities and future term financings), as well as helping to manage the company's working capital financing.
The Senior Director Capital Markets will :
- Develop a portfolio of scalable, low-cost financing structures to fund the Company's residential solar systems.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential tax equity, cash equity, and project debt investors that enable a programmatic approach and repeat year-over-year investments.
- Structure and lead project finance transactions from origination to close.
- Partner with accounting and asset management to transition closed deals to the post-execution phase with the Fund Management group.
- Manage relationships with ongoing tax equity partners and identify follow-on investment opportunities.
- Engage in discrete analytical projects to drive business decision-making and address strategic investment opportunities.
- Execute corporate modeling and capital planning activities, with the ability and willingness to play multiple roles in capital markets and fundraising activities.
- Ensure proper delegation, define roles / responsibilities, maintain a positive team culture, and provide growth and development opportunities for reporting team members.
