Overview:

Jersey Mike's Subs is a fast-growing restaurant chain known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in daily operations, including supervising staff, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Supervise and train staff members to maintain high standards of customer service
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, weekdays, and holidays
• High school degree or equivalent
