Owning end-to-end delivery for PMI's Sitecore experience platform program and marketing AI enablement portfolio, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will convert platform strategy into actionable execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure governance and financial oversight across the portfolio. Key responsibilities Translate product direction into clear requirements and integrated release plans while managing decision gates and concurrent workstreams Collaborate with MarTech product owners, engineering, and data teams to ensure reliable production capabilities for marketing teams Oversee governance, financial reporting, and accountability for delivery outcomes across the portfolio Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in technical program management or complex cross-functional transformation programs Proven experience delivering enterprise CMS or digital experience platforms, preferably Sitecore Experience with AI, automation, and analytics capabilities in production Demonstrated ability to manage systems integrators and vendors to achieve quality outcomes
