Senior Data Analyst

To support a diversified analytical team, the contract-to-hire Senior Data Analyst will identify, build, and maintain data analytics solutions while producing analytics products to enable data-driven decision-making in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Identify and develop data analytics solutions to meet business user needs Produce analytics products by collaborating with business units and other data analysts Mentor and advise mid-level and junior data analysts on best practices and methodologies Required qualifications BS or BA required; advanced degree in Business, Data, Statistics, or a related field preferred 5-7 years of experience in data modeling and analysis Proficiency in MS Fabric, Power BI, and Snowflake Demonstrated success in business process improvement using data and statistical analysis Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders
