Job description
Managing full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and hard-to-fill roles, the contract Senior Recruiter will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, develop strategic sourcing initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working in Richardson, Texas. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting processes from intake to onboarding for various roles Act as a talent advisor, influencing hiring strategies and providing market insights Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business with 4 years of experience, or 8 years of experience in recruitment Experience in a recruitment agency or corporate environment Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Proven ability to collaborate effectively with other HR departments and hiring managers
