We are looking for a highly motivated and capable Digital Signal Processing FPGA Engineer, with a wide-range of experience, who is looking for an opportunity to develop innovative new products with experts in the industry! In this role you will be responsible for the specification, design, test and documentation of digital hardware and FPGA design.

The day-to-day Developing innovate digital hardware solutions to technical problems Use your talent to Develop Digital Solutions to Solve Very Complex Problems on a Multidisciplined Team Designing Advanced Digital Hardware and FPGAs Use of Interpersonal Skills to Help encourage and build a World Class Team Mentoring Junior Engineers Work in the Lab to Develop and Integrate Worldclass Digital Electronics into Advanced Systems What you'll need Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience 7+ years of digital module and / or FPGA design experience Experience with Verilog / VHDL Experience implementing Digital Signal Processing in FPGAs Experienced in the use of lab equipment including logic analyzers, DMM, spectrum analyzers This position must be able to obtain a United States Secret Clearance US citizenship required What will help you on the job Advanced Space hardware design Hi-Rel FPGA experience using Xilinx and Microsemi Polarfire / RTAX / RTSX / Prosaic Serial interface design Experience using Xilinx / Altera design tools including Vivado, EDK, Synplicity, Modelsim, DxDesigner Strong troubleshooting skills MSEE degree #LI-BBS Salary range $160,000.

00 - $278,100.00 / annually At Viasat, we consider many factors when it comes to compensation, including the scope of the position as well as your background and experience.

Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional cash or stock incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
