Key Responsibilities

Own the operational strategy for telemedicine program management, ensuring alignment with company goals

Drive execution of complex initiatives, ensuring collaboration across various teams and establishing success metrics

Required Qualifications

9-12+ years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional programs in technology-enabled service organizations

4+ years of experience in building and developing high-performing teams

Demonstrated success in driving transformation or care delivery initiatives with measurable outcomes

Bachelor's degree required; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus

Deep understanding of operations, virtual care workflows, and program design
