Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Interim HR Director must have experience in healthcare, preferably hospital settings Leadership experience Surrounded by a vast national forest playground with world-class hunting, fishing, camping, and over 120 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. A mix of suburban and rural feel, with a focus on family, community, and outdoor life. Offers modern conveniences, a vibrant downtown area with shops and restaurants, and championship golf courses.

Interim Human Resources Director Opportunity :
- Leading the human resources department, developing, and implementing HR strategies aligned with the hospital's goals
- Interim Human Resources Director will ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Overseeing recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, training, and employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment
