KeyResponsibilities :
- Manageandsupervisethepayrollworkload,ensuringconfidentialityandcompliancewithfederalandstatelaws.
- Processsemi-monthlyandmonthlymulti-statepayroll,includinghandlinggarnishments,benefits,andtaxes.
- SupervisePayrollCoordinatorsandtheirworkproducts.
- Analyzeandimproveexistingpoliciesandprocedures.
- Preparecomprehensivereportsonearnings,taxes,deductions,andmore.
- Collaboratewiththetechnologyteamtoreviewandtestsystemupdates.
- Monitoraccurateupdatesfornewhires,promotions,andterminations.
- Supportinternalandexternalauditsrelatedtopayroll.
- Leadpayroll-relatedinitiativesandprojects.
- Upholdhighstandardsofconfidentialityandintegrity.
