Compensation : $80,000 - $90,000 base + bonus eligible

Key Responsibilities of the Cash Applications Supervisor :
Manage daily cash operations including ACH cash concentration and distribution processes, account reconciliations, and cash positioning
Serve as primary contact with banking partners, handling account openings / closures, KYC updates, entitlements, and user access requests
Support acquisitions by participating in partnership calls, managing new bank setups, and providing onboarding support for treasury processes
Maintain and update treasury-related spreadsheets, reports, and control files to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assist with reconciliations, audit requests, issue resolution, and process improvements
Provide leadership, training, and development to the cash management team, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
Qualifications of the Cash Applications Supervisor :
5+ years of treasury, cash management, or corporate banking experience
Prior supervisory or lead experience required
Strong knowledge of banking platforms (e.g., CashPro, merchant services, credit card systems)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
