JOC Project Manager – K-12 Campus Development

Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized JOC Project Manager to oversee multiple K-12 school development and renovation projects throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will bring a proven record of leading public education projects under Job Order Contract (JOC) delivery, from concept to closeout, with an emphasis on collaboration, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage multiple K-12 capital improvement and modernization projects under JOC contracts.
Establish project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work in coordination with educational administrators.
Lead all preconstruction, procurement, and construction phases with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Maintain open communication among stakeholders including architects, facilities teams, and district personnel.
Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring work meets design standards and safety expectations.
Provide timely reporting and cost analysis for each active task order.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum five years’ experience managing JOC or public facility construction projects.
Demonstrated success in K-12 campus upgrades, building systems improvements, and classroom expansions.
Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
Strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
