Job Description : Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator
Candidates should have the following capabilities / experience / ambitions :
- Scope of Work on all Acme contracts.
- multiple projects to ensure adherence to contract requirements, agreed scope of work, schedule and budget.
- projects, including, but not limited to : o Review design drawings and specifications; Create sequence drawings;
- safety hazard report;
- Request for Change Order log; o Create Operating Data sheet;
- Schedule of Values.
- change order requests are completed within project timeline.
- tool list, site-specific safety / erection plans, and erection check-off list.
- and maintain project timelines.
- and manage subcontractors and vendors.
- Purchase Orders on all projects under supervision.
- RFI as project requires and push / track through completion to ensure continued, uninterrupted field operations.

- Pay Range : $40 - $55k annual salary depending on experience. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market;
