Job Description

As a Security Officer - Financial Desk Monitor in Malvern, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer at a leading financial institution, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors and staff. Your responsibilities will include managing access control, verifying identification badges, and providing outstanding customer service as the first point of contact. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
