A company is looking for a PC Associate II / Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center, answering incoming calls
Provide First Call Resolution to address patient needs and determine appropriate actions
Pre-register and schedule basic patient encounters while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1 year of related customer-facing healthcare experience
No specific licensure or certification required by law
Understanding of basic medical terminology preferred
Experience in call center, patient scheduling, and / or physician front office preferred
