Human Resources Assistant
$16-$18 Depending On Experience
Responsible for the clerical / administrative functions within the HR department. Will perform duties directly related to on boarding, filing and payroll functions.
Duties may include :
- Update and maintain database to include personnel files, new hire paperwork and personnel change status.
- Tracks, maintains and prepares various lists and reports to include new hire evaluations, attendance, seniority and shift information.
- Respond to associates inquiries regarding HR related issues.
- Updates and maintains payroll system ( ADP)
Required :
- 1-2 years related experience
- Knowledge of basic HR functions ( payroll, files and benefits)
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
- Knowledge of payroll systems ( ADP) preferred
- Bilingual preferred- not required
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $16.00 - $18.00 Per
