HTC Administrative Assistant
Duration will be for approximately three months; possible extension. Career potential! The Administrative Assistant provides essential clerical and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Hemophilia Treatment Center ("HTC"). This position works closely with the clinical team, program manager, HTC medical director, and medical providers to facilitate patient care and center operations. Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinate provider calendars, and assist with meeting logistics.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain patient records and program documentation in compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.
- Support the HTC team with grant reporting, data entry, and tracking program metrics.
- Process correspondence, draft routine communications, and maintain filing systems.
- Order and track office and clinic supplies, ensuring the HTC is adequately stocked.
- Assist with event coordination, including patient education programs, community outreach activities, and staff trainings.
- Provide general administrative support to the Program Manager, Medical Director, and nursing staff as needed.
