Director of Billing Operations

Overseeing key components of revenue cycle operations, the full-time Director of Billing Operations will manage billing for home health, DME/HME, and infusion/pharmacy services while optimizing revenue streams and ensuring compliance in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Optimize revenue streams and enhance cash flow across various billing operations Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and manage vendor and client relationships Collaborate with departments to streamline processes and implement best practices in revenue cycle management Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, finance, business administration, or a related field 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management 3+ years of related management experience Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
