Key Responsibilities :
- Execute on territory plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within regionally focused Enterprise accounts.
- Collaborative pre-defined SE support based on region. Manage 7-10 customers and 5-8 prospects (18 total accounts).
- Drive new logo customers while expanding Dynatrace usage within existing accounts.
- Consult with Vice President and C-level executives to develop and implement an enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes value delivered.
- Generate velocity by establishing Dynatrace in new markets through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.
- Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure Dynatrace can be sold broadly and effectively.
- Work closely with functional areas such as sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance to develop and execute solution strategies.
- Ensure customers’ implementations are wildly successful.
Minimum Requirements :
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of experience closing enterprise software sales.Preferred Requirements :
Successful track record in Enterprise software sales across many business functions within executive-level customers.Ability to manage sales cycles within complex organizations, compressing decision cycles.Outstanding organizational and communication skills (written, oral, negotiation, presentations).Confidence in building a diverse territory plan and leveraging a sales ecosystem.Proven experience acquiring new business.Tenacity and self-motivation, consistently delivering high performance against quota.Experience building and executing business plans and sales plays.Collaborating with internal resources, familiarity with MEDDPICC, and knowledge of observability and modern application market.Why You Will Love Being a Dynatracer :

Salary Range : $86,000 - $165,000 (adjusted based on experience and performance).
