Position : Client Relationship Specialist
Type : Hybrid (3x onsite)
Job Summary :
A well established Wealth Management Firm is seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship Specialist to provide high-touch client service and dedicated operational support to a team of highly motivated Financial Advisors and their High-Net-Worth individual clients.
Responsibilities :
- Account upkeep, encompassing account registration and adjustments to account profiles as necessary
- Client onboarding, involving the assembly of new account documentation and the collection of client information
- Collecting client tax data and aiding in tax reporting processe
- Management of asset transfers, covering journal entries, wire transfers, and electronic fund transfers (EFTs)
- Supporting quarterly billing and performance reporting
- Executing trades and resolving trade errors when necessary
- Managing client relationships, including maintaining regular contact
- Maintaining information in the Client Relationship Management System
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience required
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Wealthscape Investor and Black Diamond preferred
