Order Coordinator – Part-Time (Boca Raton, FL)
Location : Boca Raton, FL (in-house / on-site)
Schedule : Part-Time | Flexible hours, Monday–Friday
Pay : $16 – $18 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Coordinator to join our team in Boca Raton. This is a part-time, in-house role focused on managing order communications and keeping our Open Order Database up to date.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling email communications with suppliers and occasionally with customers.
Responsibilities
- Send and respond to order-related emails to suppliers (and customers when necessary).
- Update and maintain the Open Order Database , ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Follow up on pending orders, backorders, or delays.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order flow.
- Maintain organized records of communications and updates.
Qualifications
Previous experience in order coordination, data entry, or administrative support preferred.Strong written communication skills (professional email handling).Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Email).Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.Must be available to work in-house at our Boca Raton office.Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus but not required.Benefits
