Overview

Job Title : Automation QA Engineer – Salesforce Customer 360 (ACCELQ / Selenium Preferred)

Location : Nearshore – LATAM (no Mexico, Cuba, Venezuela)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and automation-driven QA Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role's

is building and executing robust test automation strategies using ACCELQ (preferred) or Selenium , focused on our Salesforce Customer 360 implementation , including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, CPQ, Field Service, ERP, and AWS-integrated backend systems.

You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and scaling both automated and manual test scripts to support regression, end-to-end, and smoke testing. Working on a lean, agile team, you'll play a critical role in quality assurance for systems supporting both internal users and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of automated test scripts using ACCELQ or Selenium for Salesforce Customer 360 platforms.
• Design and perform end-to-end, regression, and smoke testing across front-end, middleware, and backend systems.
• Validate complex integrations between Salesforce and AWS-based services (APIs, data flows, error handling).
• Collaborate with developers, admins, product owners, and DevOps to understand business requirements and technical architecture.
• Log, track, and triage defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Contribute to test automation frameworks and increase automation coverage over time.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Prepare and maintain QA documentation, reports, and risk analysis.
• Support environment setup, data conditioning, and system monitoring for test readiness.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively identify quality risks and optimization opportunities.
